What is Hatch?

We are a social enterprise (CIC) which means that we weren’t created to make a profit, but to deliver our social mission.

We believe that every woman has the right to a meaningful career, that works for her and her family. We work tirelessly to support an ever-growing community of women – our Hatch tribe – to increase their skills, confidence and professional aspirations.

We also work alongside progressive companies to help them better support and develop their female employees. Hatch launched in July 2016 after receiving support from the Big Lottery Fund and Lloyds Bank via the School for Social Entrepreneurs.
